FADE Gear can produce a variety of embroidery solutions for clothing and caps. We provide you with the highest quality from our in-house embroidery solutions. You can select from our list of stitch-ready designs or you can UPLOAD your own design. for a quotation. We also provide design services to help you create a design of your own.

"How To Order" Guide

Do you have a LOGO or Design in mind?

1. Pick from our Stitch-Ready Designs, or
2. Create your own and upload the file for our quote, or
3. Send us your sketch and we can quote our custom design services & prices.

If you send us new artwork, we must convert it into stitches before it can be embroidered on clothing. This is called digitizing. We do our digitizing in-house and require 24 to 48 hours to complete and test this work. There is a charge for this service only on new artwork from a file or sketch. See our price schedule under Embroidery Pricing.

Select the clothing item(s) you want embroidered

1. Select the items you want embroidered from our on-line store.
2. Choose the COLOR and SIZE
3. Choose the Embroidery DESIGN option for Stitch-Ready or Custom.
4. Putt the item(s) into your Shopping Basket

Samples must be approved for new artwork.

1. If you selected a design from out stitch-ready artwork, no approval is necessary. Your job enters production right away.
2. If you sent us a file or drawings, a pre-production sample of your design will be sent to you for approval before we run production. You must prepay for digitizing services before we begin the sampling process. We do our best to match colors from market available thread.

Shipping your order.

1. We make every attempt to ship most small orders within 24-48 hours.
2. For low inventory or jobs requiring over 24 items, you will be given an estimated shipping date.
3. In most cases, larger orders can be completed and shipped in under 10-days.
