CD1 is back with a reinvented name. Formerly known as CD2, we've brought the mold back to the spotlight based on popular demand. The letters "CD" in the name stand for Control Driver, putting the player in the driver’s seat and allowing you full control to manipulate and style the disc exactly how you want it to. CD1 makes for a great first distance driver for less powerful or skilled players and an incredibly useful disc for experts, too. Those with a bit more arm speed will find that this disc often will compete for distance with even their fastest drivers, yet the execution feels more effortless and controlled.

CD1 handles just about any wind condition with ease but is most well suited for tailwinds and calmer weather. Players will notice that the CD1 has the tendency to fly similarly to a well seasoned PD, giving you the right amount of glide and shot shaping options but will always maintain enough stability to end with a smooth low speed fade in the end. This is the FD1, our most complete Originals fairway driver - Reinvented.

The FD1 is a brand new disc to our Originals disc line and it's designed to fill the gap between our two icons FD and FD3. Stable flight with dependable fade in the end is a true combo for accuracy when you want to hit the fairways.

It will have some similarities to that of an FD when you pick it up but the glide has been stepped down a notch and low speed fade added as well to add more stability for windy situations and accuracy. Players will fall in love with the FD1 relatively flat profile and smooth release on backhand and sidearm shots.

FD1 has a very high tolerance for speed and torque, meaning it can be thrown hard and is able to push forward on a straight and consistent flight path while finishing with a soft bite at the end. The P1x is the P1 evolved. The unique wing shape of the P1x gives it a smooth flight and an exceptional fit in the hand. The bottom of the rim is convex and it also has a medium sized bead. This makes it fit like a glove for both putting and throwing grips, while also keeping the flight pattern very straight across a wide range of speeds.

To view the effect through a camera phone, place the disc on your finger or a pin and spin under a bright light. The shutter will blend the frames together to form a cohesive image on the screen. (The brighter the light, the clearer the image will appear, so try to use as many light sources as possible for the best results!)

You can also view the effect with the naked eye through the use of a strobe light or strobe light app set to 30Hz. (It's important to be 30Hz to mimic the 30FPS shutter.) Strobe Light Tachometer is one of my favorite strobe apps on the iPhone, but any app which can be set to 30Hz should work. Point the flash at your spinning turntable to see the moving picture. A darker room can provide higher contrast, so try turning out the lights for a clearer image.

Compared to our typical runs of Neo plastic, players will appreciate the similar grip or tackiness to it so your hold on the driver will not be compromised in even the most extreme conditions.

Vapor plastic is truly unique. Each one maintains its own level of creative and eye popping color combos but you can be sure to find one relatively similar when searching for multiples of your favorite discs.

The Enigma helps players reach incredible distances with a flight pattern designed to carry easily as it soars down the fairway. Molded to combine a high speed turn with a long distance fade, both experienced players and relatively new players will be able to utilize the Enigma to its fullest potential. The Enigma glides with turn at the start of its flight while its stability gradually takes over, keeping the disc airborne as it transitions into a fade for the finish of the flight. This level of understability to stability allows players to hit any number of lines depending on the angle of release. This is the DD, our most understable Originals Distance Driver - Reinvented.

Step aside, it's time to add some glide! An exciting addition to the Originals line ushers in a new era for long distance shots with the S-Line DD. As the name implies, DD stands for "distance driver" and that’s exactly what it's going to offer. It provides the distance option when you really want to uncork one but still makes you feel like you're throwing a controllable fairway driver and will be very complimentary to the other distance drivers in your bag. The only compliment it might not give you is on how you dress for the day but that's about it.

A beginner or advanced player is going to pick one up right away and notice a drastic change in the distance added to their game with a DD. Higher skilled players will use these for max distance and controlled lines with shot shaping abilities. Legend has it some are still flying to this day. Got a big tailwind? Reach for this one ASAP. This Special Edition Metal Flake MD3 comes in vibrant looking Metal Flake C-line plastic. We're sure you'll quickly fall in love with this run of the MD3, as the discs feature a very low (practically flat) profile and the grip on these discs is just superb. These discs also have maybe the slightest bit less bulky hand feel than some other MD3's out there.

Flight-wise, you can expect a fairly traditional MD3 flight pattern, but in terms of general stability, these fall maybe more towards the more neutral than overstable end of the MD3 spectrum. They can handle a good amount of torque without turning over, yet provide a fairly mild, forward-pushing fade. Great choice for sidearms and long anhyzers that need to hold the angle all the way!
