GENERAL
This price list supersedes all previous price lists. Prices and terms are subject to change without notice. Errors and omissions are subject to correction. All product dimensions are generally nominal and affected by tolerances. Product information shown in this price list is based on current information and is subject to change without notice. If under any law now or hereafter passed, the seller is required to pay a tax on sales, or an excise tax, the amount of these taxes will be added to the invoice value. Applicable federal, state, and local taxes, in connection with orders placed with seller, are the sole responsibility of purchaser and are not included in the price. Orders will be filled with reasonable promptness, but FADE Gear, LLC, shall not be held responsible for any loss or damage resulting from delay in filling orders by reason of fire, strikes, differences with employees, government regulations, accidents, delays by common carriers, or other causes beyond our control.
MINIMUM RETAIL PRICING
FADE Gear reserves the right to refuse sales to retailers who advertise or sell our products below our Minimum Advertised Pricing Policy. See our separate MAPP Policy.
ORDER ACCEPTANCE
Orders are accepted on the basis that they will be invoiced at prices and terms in effect at time of shipment. Prices quoted are F.O.B. shipping point. To simplify ordering and assure accuracy, orders will be placed using a FADE Gear, LLC order number. An order confirmation will be sent upon order acceptance. Errors or changes must be made right away as we try to ship by the following business day.
MINIMUM ORDER
Orders will meet a minimum net value of $100. A net value of less than $100, will be invoiced at $100.
FREIGHT POLICY
Prices are F.O.B. shipping point unless otherwise stated in price list. Orders will be shipped within the contiguous 48 United States via the least expensive routing (our selection). All orders will be shipped prepaid freight and the shipping cost will be added to the invoice. Shipments requested to be shipped on purchaser’s freight account will be accommodated. FADE Gear, LLC, reserves the right to add such charges as may be necessary to cover unexpected changes in energy costs. Rush delivery (next day air, 2nd day air) may be accommodated at purchaser’s expense.
PAYMENT TERMS
All orders are required to be paid for in advance of shipping. We accept and can hold Credit Card Information and we follow all the required privacy precautions. We do not provide an invoice prior to payment with Credit Card, but will contact purchaser for unusual issues with any order prior to billing. We also accept Pay Pal and will send invoices accordingly.
CANCELLATIONS
All cancellations must be in writing/fax and approved by customer service. Cancellations may be subject to a service charge. Orders packed and staged to ship can be cancelled with a 10% restocking fee. Made-to order and/or specialty items are non-cancelable after 48 hours from the time order is placed.
CLAIMS
All claims for shortages, defective merchandise, or damages must be made within 10 days from receipt of shipment and are subject to approval. In order to be approved, claims must be accompanied by the corresponding bill of lading with shortages or damage being noted. Claims related to pricing discrepancies must be made within 15 days from receipt of invoice.
RETURNED MATERIALS POLICY
Requests to return material must be done within 60 days from the invoice date. No merchandise is to be returned without authorization and an RGA# (return goods authorization number) covering specific items and quantities. Authorization will only be considered if the credit can be applied to a specific invoice. Made-to-order items or custom products will not be authorized for return. If material to be returned is an error on seller’s part, full credit will be issued and freight will be paid for the return. Returns that are approved, and are not the seller’s error, will be subject to a minimum 35% handling charge and buyer pays the freight charges for the return. RGA is only valid for 30 days from the issue date. If material is not returned within 30 days from the issue date, the RGA will be voided and the return will be denied. No credit will be issued until product has been returned. No credit will be issued on items returned which are not resalable, price or SKU labeled, in standard box quantity, obsolete and/or discontinued, or not as represented on authorized return request.
WARRANTY: FADE Gear provides a 1-year, No-Fault warranty from the date of the retail purchase. While your customers do not need to fill out and return a warranty registration, we do require a copy of the sales receipt in order to process. Customer pays shipping to our Customer Service location and FADE Gear will send them a replacement product at our cost. Approved warranty returns may be sent to 115 East 3rd Street, Sterling, Illinois 61081.
NOTE: Returned shipments without a valid FADE Gear, LLC RGA number noted on the return label and/or box, may be refused. Returns marked freight collect will be refused.
